Membership Details

Membership to this site is limited to a single individual per membership. Member accounts may only be accessed by one IP Address at a time. You agree to never share Login IDs nor passwords. Doing so is illegal and could result in the termination of a paying membership. Violators of this policy will be responsible for lost membership fees caused by sharing of Login IDs and Passwords.

You will not copy or record or in any way save videos, html pages, eBooks, or any content made available through Pokerbetter.com accept as noted below. Doing so is illegal and is a copyright violation and could result in the termination of a paying membership. Violators of this policy will be responsible for lost revenue and copyright violation penalties.

Billing

By clicking “BUY NOW” you agree to be enrolled in the $19.95 one-time activation giving you full access to the member’s area of this site for 1 year. By entering your email on our homepage )http://www.pokerbetter.com) you will be automatically issued a coupon code to get this product FREE. You must use this coupon code to waive the $19.95 charge and get POKERBETTER for free.

By clicking “Waive Enrollment Fee” AND upon completion of the requirements for the specific poker room you sign up to (these requirements can be found on the page you sign up through), you agree to be enrolled in the 1 month trail, and after the trial expires, you agree that your membership will be canceled unless you pay the full $19.95.

If you are pleased with POKERBETTER^tm, simply do nothing and you will be billed $19.95. This will allow you full access to this site including POKERBETTER^tm consisting of the bet sizing calculator and training videos.

The initial fee may be partially refunded within the first 7 days of registration if you are not completely satisfied with the product. There will be a bandwidth restocking fee deducted from any refund of $5 for each subscriber. If you request a partial refund, PokerBetter reserves the right to permanently terminate your membership without the possibility of rejoining in the future. The recurring monthly charge is non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with POKERBETTER^tm, you can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, the account will remain active until the next billing cycle. To cancel, send an email to cancellations@pokerbetter.com with your full account information.

PokerBetter Reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual whose automatic payment is declined. The account will be reactivated upon receipt of payment. PokerBetter is not liable for any damages as a result of deactivation while a game is being played.

Additional Limitations and Restrictions

• Accounts may be reactivated at no additional charge within 3 months of cancellation. Beyond 3 months, there will be a $30.00 charge to be reactivated, and user will be subject to current rates.

Restrictions of Use

B. Modification, reverse engineering, reverse compiling, or disassembly of POKERBETTER^tm or any other portion of this website or any of its content including, but not limited to any merchandise, software, products, eBooks issued is expressly prohibited. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer at a time.

C. You may not rent, lease, sell, or create copies, or create derivative works of POKERBETTER^tm. You may not transfer your rights to this Software to another individual or entity.

PokerBetter will not be liable for failing to perform under these Terms and Conditions because of any event beyond our reasonable control including and without limitation; a labor disturbance, an Internet outage or interruption of service, a communications outage, failure by a service provider to perform, fire, terrorism, natural disaster or war.
